Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and negotiate hospital, physician (IPAs, PPMs, individual providers, multi specialty groups), and ancillary service agreements.
  • •Develop provider network plans, identify and initiate contact with potential providers, and negotiate contracts.
  • •Lead assigned negotiations and ensure outcomes align with unit cost targets, company objectives, and state reimbursement approximations.
  • •Facilitate provider set-up and contract configuration to support accurate claims adjudication.
  • •Evaluate and monitor providers’ performance standards and contract financial performance, and assist with credentialing and provider focus groups.

Key Requirements
