Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize runtime monitoring, guardrails, and model-integrity checks for production AI workloads, including prompt injection/jailbreak detection, drift/anomaly detection, and threshold tuning.
  • •Serve as the primary SOC liaison for AI security events by triaging incidents and supporting AI-specific playbooks.
  • •Help define and operate the enterprise authorization model for agentic AI, including workload identity and access scoping for agents.
  • •Adjudicate authorization scope violations and enforce policies for AI workloads and agent tool calls.
  • •Partner on AI data security posture management, secrets hygiene, and network egress controls for AI workloads, including tool-call boundaries and model API access.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in security engineering across at least two areas including AI/ML runtime security, security operations/detection engineering, and identity/trust engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI attack patterns such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, model inversion, and inference-time data exfiltration.
  • •Experience operating commercial AI observability/guardrail platforms (e.g., Arize, Fiddler) and SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Chronicle).
  • •Experience securing non-human/service identities and AI authorization, including workload identity standards (SPIFFE/SPIRE, OIDC) and authorization policy engines (Open Policy Agent, Cedar).
  • •Working knowledge of DSPM and secrets management (e.g., Varonis, Cyera, BigID, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault) and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
