Job Summary

Serve as the direct point of contact for a portfolio of high-value Wholesale Payments clients, delivering white-glove, best-in-class service. Manage client cases and Outlook email interactions across multiple communication channels, research complex issues, and coordinate with internal partners to resolve requests. Act as a subject matter expert on Deposit and Treasury product support systems and procedures, and assist leadership with daily processing activities while maintaining strong client relationships and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide white-glove service to assigned clients by understanding their business, contacts, communication preferences, and desired response detail and style.
•Listen to, analyze, and resolve client inquiries; respond professionally and timely by resolving or escalating as appropriate.
•Leverage Wholesale Payments, Deposit, and Treasury knowledge to address and resolve complex client requests and determine when to escalate or manage expectations.
•Serve as the resident subject matter expert for department software systems and procedures supporting Deposit and Treasury product implementation, delivery, and support.
•Document client interactions in a case management tool, monitor queues across channels (including case management and Outlook mailboxes), and assist leadership with daily processing activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent education/training).
•5 years of banking experience, including at least 1+ year of in-depth treasury services experience from a product, sales, technical, or operational perspective.
•Ability to work independently and as a team, stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle multiple time-sensitive responsibilities under pressure.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone/in-person communication and business correspondence writing.
•Knowledge of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies.
