Job Summary

Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories. Create test estimates and plans, define test strategy/scope, and write test cases while working within agile ceremonies. Lead day-to-day squad testing activities, perform automation testing, and use tools such as Blazemeter, Jira, and APIs/HTTP methods. Drive continuous improvement and provide feedback on proof-of-concepts.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
•Create test estimates and plans, schedule and report progress, and define test strategy, scope, and test cases.
•Participate in agile processes (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) and help ensure delivery alignment.
•Perform automation testing and execute testing using tools such as Blazemeter and Jira, including API/HTTP testing.
•Work with the Test Manager to improve team processes, lead squad day-to-day testing activities, and provide feedback from PoCs.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Python and Cucumber-BDD, along with GitLab.
•Experience using remote cloud testing devices such as Perfecto, BrowserStack, Headspin, or similar.
•Experience with Blazemeter and Postman/API testing using HTTP methods.
•Strong presentation and communication skills.
•Ability to plan and manage time effectively while working to tight deadlines.
