Job Summary

Build and optimize intelligent document processing systems that extract structured financial data from unstructured sources. Work on NLP, Document AI, OCR pipelines, and vision-language/LLM-based extraction and classification for fund notices, capital calls, and NAV statements. Develop Python components, implement preprocessing and validation frameworks, improve accuracy through tuning and prompt engineering, and support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and optimize document processing solutions to extract structured data from unstructured financial documents.
•Build NLP and Document AI pipelines using spaCy, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
•Develop and maintain OCR pipelines using Textract and Tesseract.
•Implement and improve LLM-based extraction and classification workflows for financial documents.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define extraction rules, taxonomy, and business logic, and support deployment and monitoring of extraction pipelines in production.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of experience in Data Science, NLP, Document AI, or intelligent document processing roles.
•Strong hands-on experience in Python for building AI/ML pipelines.
•Deep expertise in NLP and Document AI, including LLM-based extraction and classification.
•Experience building OCR pipelines, including hands-on use of Textract and Tesseract.
•Ability to extract structured data from unstructured financial documents (e.g., fund notices, capital calls, NAV statements) and validate outputs.
