Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&L at the regional/SBU/LOB level and drive performance against pricing, orders, revenue, VCM, fixed costs, free cash flow (FCF), and conversion.
  • •Perform ongoing financial planning activities including monitoring performance, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Collaborate with functional leaders on Pulse, SRO (Short Range Outlook), AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and forecasting processes.
  • •Lead and participate in monthly reviews with operations and finance leadership to address risks/opportunities, variances, and action plans.
  • •Standardize and automate financial processes and oversee recurring deliverables including accruals, intercompany recharges, and financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
  • •5+ years of overall finance experience.
  • •Partner with the business in commercial excellence with a strong drive for going above and beyond.
  • •Exposure to global customers and ability to effectively interact with employees/customers across levels and sites.
  • •Exposure to finance metrics plus tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW, and Hyperion.
