Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain education relationships with strategic accounts in Japan and Korea, developing account-level learning plans that drive measurable value.
  • •Engage early in deal cycles where education is a differentiator or a friction point, scoping education packages that accelerate customer confidence and progression.
  • •Localize education content and delivery style with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure cultural fit and proactively flag gaps for market-specific adaptations.
  • •Synthesize voice-of-customer and voice-of-partner insights (knowledge gaps, customization requests, support themes, and training requests) and feed structured intelligence back on a regular cadence.
  • •Identify education-adjacent expansion signals and integrate education into the core sales motion; scale partner enablement programs by managing regional delivery cadences and leading strategic pilots.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in customer success, channel enablement, sales, revenue enablement, or a related customer-facing role in enterprise software or cloud technology.
  • •Business-level Japanese fluency (spoken and written), including the ability to run executive conversations without a translator.
  • •Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise accounts in Japan, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • •Strong commercial instincts to connect education investment to consumption, retention, or expansion outcomes.
  • •Experience operating independently across a large or geographically dispersed territory.
