Job Summary

Support top management and the National ESH in driving ESH and security excellence at the Senai site, implementing strategies, building culture, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Lead audits, risk assessments, training, incident investigations, and performance Monitoring, aligning with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, while coordinating with QA, Compliance, and external bodies.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and implementation of EHS and security strategies aligned with corporate and regional initiatives for the Senai plant.
•Coordinate internal EHS and security audits using regional tools and prepare reports or dashboards.
•Develop and deliver EHS and security training programs for employees at all levels.
•Support and lead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
•Monitor EHS and security performance through KPIs and manage reporting systems (e.g., SpheraCloud) to drive improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
•3 to 4 years’ working experience in a Manufacturing environment in the role of Safety, Health and Environment
•Well verse with the following Acts: Occupational Safety & Health Acts; Environmental Quality Acts; Factories & Machinery Acts; ESH Management system
•Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs.
•Certifications in quality audit, improvement, EHS competency are added advantages
