Job Summary

Infra PM focused on building and advancing core Web3 infrastructure, including the algorithm platform, on-chain data analytics, and Web3 search. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of high-scale algorithm and search features, collaborate with engineering, data, and data science teams, and integrate AI capabilities to enhance on-chain intelligence and trading experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Algorithm Platform Development: Design and iterate the algorithm platform supporting on-chain data analytics, trading signal discovery, risk control, and recommendation scenarios. Own the full lifecycle of algorithm models — integration, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
•Web3 Search System: Drive product design and optimization of the Web3 search system across tokens, addresses, NFTs, transactions, and protocols to improve relevance, recall, latency, and ranking quality.
•AI Integration: Embed AI capabilities (AI Agent, LLM, embedding / vector retrieval) into algorithms and search products to deliver smarter on-chain intelligence and trading experiences.
•Onchain Data and Smart Contract Analysis: Conduct deep research on smart contracts, protocol mechanics, and on-chain behaviors; translate insights into algorithmic features and signals.
•Quality & Delivery Excellence: Own end-to-end delivery quality from spec to post-launch metrics with robust evaluation and monitoring loops.
