Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sustainable growth.
  • •Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and deliver agreed business objectives.
  • •Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, channel partners, and key customers across the region.
  • •Expand relationships with OEMs and develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors and major industrial players.
  • •Grow aftermarket business (spare parts, service, inspections, and modernization), maintain sales forecasting/CRM, and represent the company at industry events.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in B2B industrial sales with direct and channel/distribution sales management.
  • •Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion with international customers and partners.
  • •Background in heavy industry, industrial equipment, material handling, or related markets.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • •Fluent English required; fluency in at least one additional European language is highly preferred.
