Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively review client requests/tickets and resolve them using technical/process knowledge while meeting SLA.
  • •Provide second-line support for backup-related incidents and requests across relevant technology domains.
  • •Perform daily backup routines, configure storage units, column pools, disk staging, and storage lifecycle policies, including schedules.
