Job Summary

Own the back-office operations for insurance-based investment products (unit-linked/IBIPs), managing the full lifecycle of life policies from issuance through amendments, surrenders/withdrawals, fund switches, and premium/payment processing. Provide day-to-day operational support to distribution channels, handle post-sale requests, and coordinate with external providers and internal teams (Compliance/AML, Finance, IT, Sales) to resolve issues and improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full lifecycle of insurance life policies, including policy issuance, amendments/endorsements, surrenders and partial withdrawals, fund switches, and premium/payment processing.
•Provide day-to-day operational support to distribution channels (banks, financial advisors, intermediaries).
•Handle post-sale activities and operational requests.
•Act as an interface with external providers (IT systems, administration platforms).
•Collaborate with internal departments (Compliance, AML, Finance, IT, Sales) and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 50,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•10–15 years of experience in insurance back office/operations.
•Proven experience with insurance-based investment products (unit-linked, IBIPs).
•Strong understanding of insurance operational processes and policy administration activities.
•Familiarity with AML and compliance requirements.
