Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, select, and order manufacturing equipment that is appropriate and cost effective.
  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Monitor and incorporate equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
  • •Study equipment performance and reliability to address manufacturing process impact.
  • •Provide technical support for equipment repair and process engineering organizations, including preventive maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering field
  • •2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer within CVD or PVD
  • •Equipment experience with AMAT PVD and/or AMAT CVD chambers
  • •Prior experience with PVD, CVD, high vacuum and/or ultra high vacuum
  • •Experience on tool monitoring and interdiction software, plus equipment maintenance and documentation
