Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the multi-year AI/Analytics vision and roadmap for the Avigilon platform
  • •Architect AI-enabled user experiences from detection on device to forensic search and alerting within video management or access control systems
  • •Partner with Product Management teams across Video Management Software, Access Control, Appliances, and Devices to deliver cohesive AI capabilities
  • •Collaborate with AI Platform Engineering and AI Research to define detailed feature requirements and tradeoffs
  • •Mentor and potentially recruit and manage PM talent to grow the AI function

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Product Management with a significant focus on AI/ML
  • •Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and advanced video analytics

  • •Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks for connecting AI models to secure data sources and tools
