Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and use makeup and product knowledge to meet beauty sales targets. Manage the beauty counter by keeping it clean and well merchandised, handling new launches, replenishing stock on schedules, and tracking sell-out performance at store level. Address customer questions on products and availability, advise customers on suitable ranges, demonstrate product benefits, generate daily sales reports, and report stock shortages using the prescribed process.
