Key Responsibilities

  • •Lift and handle 70 lb meat tubs, including removing ice from the top.
  • •Dump totes for a batch into a weigh hopper using v-mag/v-mag lift and operate the marination process.
  • •Calculate and deliver the proper amount of marination ingredients to the weigh hopper.
  • •Use vacuum line to draw product into the tumbler; set revolutions per minute, vacuum PSI, and marinate for a predetermined time.
  • •After marinating, open the exit door, reverse tumbler rotation, and dump contents into a holding hopper; perform other duties as assigned.
