Key Responsibilities

  • •Define BI strategy: Lead the roadmap for internal business intelligence, identifying the KPIs and operational metrics required by leadership to evaluate the health of the CPS ecosystem.
  • •Build & manage dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into application adoption, service utilization, and centralized cost management.
  • •Operational analytics: Analyze complex datasets across hardware, software, and cloud services to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • •Executive interfacing: Act as the voice of the data for MSI executives, translating telemetry into business narratives that showcase value and progress.
  • •Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Product to ensure data integrity and automate collection of metrics from common services like Unified ID and AMS.
