Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide systems administrative and desktop support across multiple DoD networks and enclaves with minimal supervision.
  • •Manage services using on-premise hardware, including regular hardware and software updates.
  • •Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of laptops, desktops, and Zero Clients.
  • •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and enterprise components.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience (or 2+ years with a high school/GED plus 3 years, or 4 years with an associate degree, or 2 years with a bachelor’s degree).
  • •2+ years in at least three of: VDI, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, information security, desktop applications.
  • •2+ years configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 desktops.
  • •Knowledge of networking fundamentals and exposure to DoD configuration management, information assurance, and systems lifecycle management processes.
  • •TS/SCI clearance required; Security+ CE certification required (DoD compliance 8570.01).
