Key Responsibilities

  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the hauler to ensure safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers (up to 50lbs) in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days, and satisfy state requirements for DMV/title access and registration systems.
