Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while maintaining vehicle safety through loading/unloading and regular inspections. Complete accurate customer paperwork and provide detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Ensure safe driving and a clean record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy, working rotating shifts and weekends. Must obtain required local licensing/notary items and pass a drug test and DOT Medical Card.
