Sr. Clinical Research Director (TBI)

Lead and oversee clinical research operations for the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBI CoE) at Joint Base Lewis McCord. Serve as a pathway-of-care research leader and, when needed, Principal Investigator—ensuring patient care, research delivery, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget project execution. Manage staff, support therapeutic interventions and evaluations, collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to research manuscripts and conference presentations.
