Key Responsibilities

•Understand and perform all administrative processes required from ordering equipment from the factory to customer delivery
•Work with the Australian Product Delivery team on local builds to maintain agreed delivery dates, costs, and quality
•Maintain quote templates with the latest information
•Administration of equipment in the UMR Underground Hire Fleet
•Become well versed in UMR (Underground) products and their available options

Key Requirements

•Computer competent, with Word, Excel and PDF
•Project management experience is an advantage
•Technical background is advantageous
•Mining and related industries experience is well-regarded
•Strong administrative and coordination skills for equipment orders to delivery
