Vans: Assistant Manager - Torrance

Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences in a Vans retail store. Partner with the Store Manager to drive store profitability through strong customer engagement, merchandising, operational excellence, and community connection. In the Store Manager’s absence, you assume full store responsibility, supervise daily operations, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure compliance, inventory practices, and visual standards while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
