Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete off-cycle payroll processing procedures while ensuring accurate earnings/deductions and meeting strict deadlines.
  • •Apply state/local laws, union rules, and business unit policies; support audit activities by maintaining accurate documentation.
  • •Monitor and process employee status changes (Active, Paid LOA, Return from LOA) with the appropriate transactions.
  • •Prepare, audit, and submit payment transactions for terminations, transfers, and daily employee data changes across pay cycles.
  • •Review military leave cases submitted via ServiceNow and collaborate with Payroll Service Center and internal teams to reconcile payment batches and resolve employee inquiries.

Key Requirements
