Key Responsibilities

•Originate, shape, and close new Employee Rewards opportunities, generating $1.5M+ in annual revenue while advancing sector strategy, thought leadership, and external market presence.
•Lead complex compensation engagements spanning job architecture, career frameworks, job evaluation, market benchmarking, pay competitiveness, base pay structures, and incentive design.
•Connect clients to the full breadth of Aon’s Human Capital capabilities through the Aon United model, delivering integrated solutions across rewards, talent, workforce planning, pay transparency, pay equity, and AI-enabled workforce strategies.
•Guide large, cross-geography teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to talent development across the practice, with potential direct management responsibilities.
•Shape the future of the Employee Rewards practice by advancing new tools, methodologies, AI-enabled solutions, and differentiated offerings aligned to evolving client needs.
