Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the Technical Lead responsible for growing the Fury product line and owning the design process.
  • •Establish a deep understanding of the aircraft and systems and identify technical development roadmaps (scope, cost, schedule) to prototype, test, and manufacture variants.
  • •Coordinate closely with senior program leaders, engineering and program teams, Growth, suppliers, and customer subject matter experts.
  • •Execute design-level trades, establish requirements and design review entrance/exit criteria, and drive operational analysis to determine system effectiveness.
  • •Communicate the vision and program plan to the team and executive leadership via technical presentations and white papers; begin as an individual contributor and scale the team for successful Fury variants.

Salary: USD 253,000 - 336,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •An Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering degree from an accredited institution
  • •10+ years of technical engineering experience in a professional environment
  • •Proven experience developing and executing detailed action strategies
  • •Experience managing technical development projects or programs
  • •Experience building and leading technical teams, including aircraft system design, prototype, and test
