Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and assist residents and guests, handling registration and accommodating special requests
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations based on local knowledge and property practices
  • •Manage packages, mail, and access for vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • •Coordinate with Leasing Team to assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals as needed
  • •Collaborate with property departments to fulfill guest requests and share information about facilities and hours

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; college or relevant experience is a plus
  • •Residential Services or Hospitality experience in a luxury environment preferred
  • •Excellent communication skills, reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Spanish strongly preferred
  • •Computer literacy with the ability to use a variety of software
  • •Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a high-speed environment
