Extrusion Technician 4 (2nd Shift) - New London Prepared Plant

Operate and set up co-extrusion equipment in the Prepared Foods division, including par cool tower and liquid smoke application. Ensure compliance with company specifications and regulatory food-safety standards, perform corrective actions for quality or food safety deviations, and complete preventative maintenance. Use required computer systems for inventory/documentation, support process improvements, and maintain safe GMP/SQF practices while working a 2nd shift schedule with possible overtime and weekend coverage.
