Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage outbound tele-sales for multi-product sales and proactive retention across eligible customer segments.
  • •Manage customer retention activities for mortgages, credit cards, personal loans and auto loans, handling closure/buyout requests, balance transfers, rate reviews, service requests, and escalations.
  • •Coordinate retention, re-engagement, win-back, cross-sell and save campaigns, tracking engagement, conversion, profitability and performance outcomes.
  • •Ensure timely resolution of retention-related service requests, complaints, and frontline escalations for asset products in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Credit, Compliance and the Contact Centre.
  • •Support end-to-end mortgage product management and partner onboarding, and prepare portfolio dashboards for attrition, retention saves, request volumes, TAT, complaints, leads and revenue/risk indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in retail banking, preferably in asset products, mortgages, retention, portfolio management, product management, or customer service operations.
  • •Strong understanding of UAE mortgage, credit card, personal loan, and auto loan products, including pricing, documentation, servicing, closure processes, and regulatory expectations.
  • •Experience with MIS, portfolio analysis, campaign tracking, and complaint handling.
  • •Experience in business development, developer/broker onboarding, and coordination with credit, operations, sales, and compliance teams is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage people and deliver exceptional customer service.
