Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements as the main client engagement lead, including overseeing communications and managing expectations
•Manage end-to-end client projects, including scoping, planning, resourcing, and delivery to meet timelines and budgets
•Take ownership of actuarial results, methodology, and narrative to ensure findings are accurate, explainable, and decision-ready
•Collaborate with a team of actuaries and other STG colleagues to deliver high-quality client solutions
•Coach junior colleagues to develop their technical and consulting skills

Key Requirements

•Strong actuarial analysis background with the ability to work with data confidently and apply appropriate methods
•Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, alongside Excel and actuarial software (ReMetrica/Tyche preferred)
•Excellent client-facing and relationship skills to engage credibly with clients
•Ability to manage end-to-end client projects, including scoping, planning, resourcing and delivery
•Clear communication and storytelling to produce client-ready reports and presentations
