Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration of automated test frameworks and tools to create a unified automated test environment for advanced avionics software.
  • •Improve test development efficiency and effectiveness, including using AI/ML agents to automate verification tasks.
  • •Ensure test products verify functionality, performance, and safety, identifying and reporting defects, issues, and potential vulnerabilities.
  • •Define a Mission Systems IPT Test Plan with stages, methods, criteria, and artifacts spanning development through Formal Qualification Testing.
  • •Coordinate with SMEs, TLEs, and software leadership to align test team efforts with program objectives and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (active within the past 24 months) and ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • •Bachelor’s Degree
  • •5+ years leading a software development project or team
  • •3+ years designing and leading automated test system development projects
  • •5+ years full life-cycle software development, modeling, simulation, testing, and/or analysis using C, C++, C#, Python, Java, Ada, and/or Linux; experience designing and deploying AI & ML models
