Own the revenue technology ecosystem and enable go-to-market systems for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture, administration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the revenue technology ecosystem.
•Participate in QA/UAT and edge-case testing, and support hypercare during system rollouts and enhancements.
•Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative automation and CRM configuration.
•Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, and build automation for lead routing, onboarding, renewals, billing, contracting, and lifecycle workflows.
•Improve CRM data quality via validation, automation, governance, and audits; develop reporting infrastructure and supporting technical documentation and training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration, or Revenue Operations Engineering in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
•Salesforce Administrator Certification.
•Deep hands-on Salesforce administration with declarative development and platform architecture.
•Experience designing scalable CRM solutions and business process automation, including lead routing and customer success workflows.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs/integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and middleware/integration platforms.
