Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage customers and create a friendly, easy-to-shop sales-floor environment; build client relationships daily.
  • •Analyze reports in partnership with leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales-floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and support product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
