Services Specialist - Field Svc Ops

Own customer accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact through job preparation, execution, and close-out. Oversee field specialists and coordinate service delivery across organizational boundaries, ensuring dispatch, planning, and execution follow contractual commitments and standardized processes. Provide technical guidance, manage risk and escalations, support invoicing and cash collection, and maintain strict HSE and compliance throughout operations in alignment with Baker Hughes values.
