Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate fingerlifts and other powered equipment (forklifts, jack lifts, high lifts, powered industrial trucks) to support movement of product throughout the facility.
  • •Perform essential production tasks to help deliver safe, high-quality food.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line and help create a positive work environment.
  • •Support coworkers and meet safety, quality, and teamwork standards each day.
  • •Work the scheduled 2nd shift and be available for potential overtime based on production demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Work safely in a physically demanding environment, including standing on concrete/platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and performing repetitive movements.
  • •Be able to work around animal blood/carcass parts and in cold (20–40 degrees) and/or warm (over 100 degrees) areas.
  • •Meet required certification requirements during the qualification period to operate the equipment.
