Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the monthly and annual closing calendar, holding the external accounting partner and auditors to a high standard.
  • •Own the legal reporting package, ensuring the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement are accurate and delivered on time.
  • •Oversee AP/AR end to end, keeping invoicing, payment runs, and collections under control.
  • •Lead the international accounting build-out, including multi-entity setup and the IFRS consolidation framework.
  • •Own cash management (reconciliation, yield optimization, day-to-day treasury) and strengthen financial processes and controls with a BizOps partner.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience with a strong accounting or audit foundation (Big 4 or equivalent), ideally in a scale-up environment.
  • •A master’s degree from a top business school; a double degree in accounting (DCG/DSCG) is a plus.
  • •Deep understanding of French GAAP and treasury fundamentals.
  • •International mindset with multi-entity, multi-country accounting experience; IFRS exposure is a plus.
  • •Fluent French and English, with strong stakeholder management and accountability.
