  • •Drive decision science projects independently and with internal teammates, leveraging quantitative analysis techniques including machine learning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 3+ years of experience in banking/finance, decision/data science, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, or engineering.
  • •Demonstrated quantitative skills and business acumen, including working knowledge of transaction processing/application and collection inventory systems.
  • •Strong statistical and analytical principles, tools, and techniques, with ability to deliver insights against tight deadlines.
  • •Understanding of database environments (IBM DB2, Oracle) and technical programming skills (SAS, SQL, Toad).
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and translate findings into actionable recommendations with measurable impact.
