Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain UK-compliant compliance frameworks and regulatory readiness for licensing and ongoing supervision.
  • •Serve as the primary contact with the FCA and relevant UK regulatory bodies.
  • •Build policies and controls for AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims-related compliance.
  • •Implement risk assessments, remediation plans, and ongoing monitoring, testing, and reporting processes.
  • •Oversee internal audits/compliance reviews/control testing and embed fair, transparent practices including complaint handling and product/marketing governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
  • •Experience designing policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing complex compliance programs.
  • •Experience in compliance for digital platforms, distribution, or insurance products (preferred).
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with regulators.
