Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead P&L, cost, schedule, and technical execution across a consolidated portfolio of international contracts.
  • •Run daily PM cadence (risk reviews, performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, PMRs, staffing reviews, decision reviews) to achieve contract commitments.
  • •Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis to comply with contract requirements, RTX RLPM, and company policies.
  • •Direct the program risk and opportunity process in alignment with financial goals and obligations.
  • •Serve as primary RTX interface with European customer counterparts, maintaining weekly engagements and strategic alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience.
  • •Experience as a program manager or functional leader, including leading complex, matrixed teams.
  • •Experience with factory production of military hardware and delivery to international customers.
  • •Experience managing, tracking, and reporting metrics through EAC reviews.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
