Senior Motion Designer

Lead the creative vision and animation execution for motion-based projects across marketing and product campaigns. Create storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences that strengthen BJAK’s brand on digital and social platforms. Oversee the motion production pipeline, troubleshoot visual effects issues, and build reusable templates and design systems. Mentor junior designers and collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and multimedia partners to deliver high-quality, on-time motion content.
