Environmental Health & Safety Engineer, Construction (Starlink)

Oversee day-to-day EHS site management for fast-paced construction of future facilities in Bastrop. Develop and enforce contractor EHS programs, conduct hazard identification inspections, and mitigate risks to meet OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, and other regulatory requirements. Conduct job hazard assessments, define PPE and safeguards, monitor exposure during operations and emergencies, and investigate incidents to drive root-cause corrective and preventive actions while maintaining environmental compliance with EPA and related agencies.
