Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an in-depth understanding of the real estate business to analyze processes, identify issues, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Enhance workplace user experience by analyzing the real estate portfolio and user behavior, creating measurable experience metrics, and driving workplace experience innovation.
  • •Independently plan, deliver, and oversee multiple key RE&F projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes.
  • •Lead the standardization of business processes and continuously improve process quality and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in space process consulting, change management, real estate management, or a relevant field.
  • •Solid understanding of user experience and ability to identify user pain points and risks in processes and policies.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including experience managing by objectives and delivering projects with a clear sense of ownership.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
