Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume, owning outcomes.
  • •Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap and architect solutions across Salesforce agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
  • •Manage engagement delivery end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
  • •Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
  • •Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and deliver milestones while providing customer-facing advisory and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
  • •Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex and experience leading AI/LLM solution design with responsible AI practices.
