Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals while building lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases and capture data. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.
