Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately review and sign off on NAV calculations and act as subject matter expert for fund-specific requirements
  • •Coordinate systems testing and represent the team on cross-functional process or project deliverables
  • •Lead rollout of new procedures and support system enhancements and procedures for the team
  • •Mentor individuals and peers during projects and assignments, including developing training and progression plans
  • •Identify, delegate, and maintain accountability for project tasks, providing feedback, progression updates, and recognition

Key Requirements

  • •Previous fund accounting experience or relevant operational experience
  • •Strong understanding of how fund accounting systems link and interface with other systems, including implementing interfaces
  • •Detailed knowledge of Enterprise and related fund accounting applications (preferred)
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client-servicing ability
  • •Good attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills
