Job Summary

Manage logistics operations across upstream and downstream flows, ensuring effective omni-channel distribution between e-commerce and physical stores. Liaise with stores, central logistics, product teams, and 3PL partners to plan, coordinate, and monitor DC processes from receipt through dispatch. Lead logistics and IT integration projects, including WMS/TMS/ERP, and oversee capacity planning, budgeting, KPI/SLA performance, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee distribution center operations: receipt, unpacking, controlling, pricing, labeling, storage, picking/repacking, and dispatch of goods.
•Liaise and negotiate with stores, e-store, and 3PL partners (including customs broker and bonded warehouse) to improve outgoing flows and service quality.
•Lead logistics projects and coordinate IT integrations across supply chain systems and 3PL Warehouse Management System, partnering with IT and functional teams.
•Plan capacity and manage annual budgets, including monthly cost follow-ups versus budget.
•Manage compliance, safety, stocktaking/cycle counting, and reporting; supervise 3PL KPI/SLA meetings and follow up with RCA and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Over 15 years of proven working experience in logistics with understanding of the retail industry.
•Strong coordination and communication skills with logistics partners and stakeholders.
•Experience with e-commerce logistics/warehousing and utilization of WMS and TMS is an advantage.
•Fluent English (speaking, listening, writing, reading) is required.
•Strong project management capability and ability to organize priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
