Machine Learning Lead Engineer

Lead the AI Accelerator team by designing, building, and scaling machine learning models from design through production. Own model selection strategy and AI governance policy, including bias checks, compliance tracking, and audit trails. Create evaluation systems for AI agents using the GenAI Eval Framework, calibrate LLM judging against baselines, and drive testing standards. Coach teams on AI adoption and publish findings through papers and talks.
