Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee security programs, protocols and policies; ensuring the safety and welfare of employees on site.
  • •Supervise and mentor security personnel, including performance reviews and training recommendations.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of IP-based physical security systems (access control, intrusion detection, cameras, etc.).
  • •Analyze situations, make quick decisions and formulate action plans.
  • •Communicate effectively with senior management to determine security priorities and direction.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •6+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following disciplines: US military, sworn law enforcement, overseas contracting, corporate security; or security officer/military/law enforcement experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant professional experience, education and training.
  • •Active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance.
