Job Summary

Senior Software Developer responsible for full-stack web development and microservices within the FortiClient team. You will design, develop and maintain FortiClient EMS software, contribute to frontend and backend tasks, and help scale FortiClient Cloud using cloud-native technologies and microservices, while driving projects to successful completion in a collaborative, AWS/GCP/Azure-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop and maintain FortiClient EMS software.
•Contribute to full-stack web development, handling both frontend and backend tasks.
•Write and manage microservices architecture to enhance system performance and scalability.
•Help maintain and improve FortiClient Cloud services and infrastructure.
•Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web application development.
•Design and lead individual projects and drive them to successful completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with Angular, Python and Golang is a must-have.
•Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills (Linux/Windows/Networking).
•Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
•Experience with web frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI).
•Experience working with containers (e.g. Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).
