  • •Lead a diverse team of Attack Engineers focused on vulnerability research and agentic software engineering, ensuring career development and growth paths.
  • •Set technical direction, priorities, and quality standards for AI-native automation pipelines and the Rapid Response product.
  • •Drive rapid daily triage and cross-functional coordination for critical CVEs and zero-days, enabling analysis and exploit development within hours of disclosure.
  • •Develop the engineering vision for AI-driven harnesses, LLM workflows, and automated pipelines for discovery, patch diffing, and proof-of-concept exploits.
  • •Partner with Product Management and field teams, bridging offensive research into a continuously delivered, high-quality product using real-world attack telemetry to guide priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and interviewing engineers.
  • •3+ years of software development experience.
  • •5+ years immersed in cybersecurity in a vulnerability analysis/research role or offensive security.
  • •Deep knowledge of vulnerability classes (e.g., RCE, authentication bypasses, deserialization, SSRF) and what makes vulnerabilities practical to real-world attackers.
  • •Strong production software engineering experience, especially Python and SQL, with secure software development practices and Git-based workflows.
