Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services (including PSI) for commercial, dealer, rental, and retail customers as well as lot or internal damage.
  • •Communicate estimates in required formats (e.g., electronic, email, written) to meet internal and external customer expectations.
  • •Work with procurement/purchasing to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies required for estimates.
  • •Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates as directed by management.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures and model Safety Excellence behaviors; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Must have administrative experience.
  • •Prefer 1–3 years of collision and/or mechanical estimating experience.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
